This shipping policy explains how HKKAYU handles production dispatch, packing, freight coordination and delivery timing for custom print and packaging orders.
Order status before shipment
Because products are made to specification, shipment timing depends on artwork approval, sampling requirements, production complexity, quantity, finishing steps, quality checks and final payment terms where applicable.
Lead times
Quoted lead times are estimates based on the confirmed specification at the time of order. Changes to quantity, artwork, materials, variable data or finishing requirements may affect the final schedule.
Packing
Orders are packed according to the nature of the product, transport method and destination requirements. Export packing, carton labeling and palletization may be arranged as needed for the specific order.
